Description: Hi everybody, we are a web agency, and are searching a professional php programmer to develope our project:

the project is a lowest bid auction site with 2 plus functions that i explained below:

THANK YOU for your bids.

1.classic low-bid auction

The low-bid auction basically works like a normal auction, with the only difference that the winner is not the person with the highest bid, but the one with the lowest unique bid. Bids can be placet within the site and, being secret, the goal is to strategically determine a whole number, in Euro cent, that will correspond to the lowest unique bid for the ongoing auction. As soon as your bid is placed, you will be shown the current position of your bid compared to the others. It is possible to monitor in real time the auction and your bids by logging into your account. The auction will take place in a pre-determined period of time, count down, and the winner will be the person who placed the lowest unique bid among the ones submitted. (The winner will be asked to chose among the prizes indicated at the beginning of the auction).

2.Revolution auction

The auction item is put online on the site, during the normal count down period, which has a variable time, the users will not be able to place a bid, but will be asked to sign up for the auction at a pre-determined cost, which will enable a determined number of bids (i.e.: sign up fee 10 euros means 50 bids). At the end of the count down, the auction per se will take place in a short period of time (min. 30 minutes, max 2 hours) only and exclusively for those who signed up, who will be able to place no more than the number of bids he previously purchased. The auction principle is the same as the classic low-bid: the winner will be who placed the lowest unique bid within the two hours.
Ps. The sign up fee can be levelled (i.e.: 10 euros 50 bids, 20 euros 100 bids, 40 euros 150 bids, people will be able to decide how much they intend to risk)

3.Rebuy revolution auction

The auction item is put online on the site, during the normal count down period, which has a variable time, the users will not be able to place a bid, but will be asked to sign up for the auction at a pre-determined cost, which will enable a determined number of bids (i.e.: sign up fee 10 euros means 50 bids). At the end of the count down, the auction per se will take place in a short period of time (min. 30 minutes, max 2 hours) only and exclusively for those who signed up.
The difference in the Rebuy method is that in the auction time, which is the 2 hours in which the bidders placed their bids, the possibility of purchasing more bids up until 15 minutes prior to the end of the auction is given. (i.e.: you sign up with 10 euros for 50 bids. The auction starts and will last for two hours. If, after twenty minutes you already placed all of your 50 bids, you have the possibility of buying other 50 for 10 euros, as many times as you want up until 15 minutes before the end of the auction).
The auction principle is the same as the classic low-bid: the winner will be who placed the lowest unique bid within the two hours.
Ps. The sign up fee is set, but there's the rebuy possibility (purchase of more bids during the auction)
