We have a small real estate development firm and would like to make a website for it. I already have most of the design and some animation ready from the previous developer.
I need someone who is :
Familiar with Flash, Photoshop and similar graphic / animation tools
Can suggest recent technologies for a overall better website look and layout
Has designed real estate website before
Can help create / further enhance a clean, uncluttered design and look
Has ready and truthful references
Can deliver within 2-3 weeks.
Is ready to provide 2-3 months support after launch (minor updates, bug fixing, no major functional enhancement)
Since I had a difficult experience in recent past, I would like to list my terms here :
25 % at the start of work, design and functional flows
25% at the end of a working, fully functional model
35% at the time of go-live, hosting and lauch
5% after 1 month of lauch
5% after 2 months of lauch
5% after 3 months of lauch
