Description: I am looking for someone to help me install a manual traffic exchange script. I have just purchased a new domain name which is hosted at GoDaddy and would like to turn it into a manual traffic exchange but I do not have experience with XHTML databases and do not know how to set it up. I need someone who can teach me to use a pre-made script for this purpose.
